I have too much to say bad about this mall. They only allow 45 words so I'll make it short. Horrible bathrooms, employees can't wash their hands so don't buy food from there. Sneak it in. Management is awful. Mall is hideously ugly and run horribly.

Bathrooms never work right. Employees can't even wash their hands, yet they serve your food? Sneak food in. This is just another typical north county piece of sh*t.
The automatic faucets, automatic soap and the automatic hand dryers at Regal 18 in Hazelwood have NEVER worked right since the day the place opened in November of 2003. It takes multiple attempts to get the faucets to turn on, and then they only stay on for only a few seconds. The same is true of the so-called hand dryers, but they stay on even less long than the faucets.
How are the people at the concession stand who prepare our food supposed to be able to get their hands clean with faucets and soap that are nearly impossible to operate? What really bothers me is that management must know about this problem but it never has been fixed.
