Ronnies has handicap parking in their lot, they have handicap seating in the theater; the staff WILL NOT enforce or even considerately assist a handicapped individual though. We arrived before the theater was completely full. I being the handicapped person inquired multiple times from the ticket person to the ushers to the actual theater manager and I was told that on "invite" tickets that the theater would not accommodate people with disabilities. I wonder what other Federal laws Ronnies will look away from if the ticket holder has an "invite"

It has always been the place I have come for years. No, don't love the people and parking can be an issue. But, the employees and the management have bad attitudes and don't care anything about customers. The ticket taker wouldn't let me take my kids to see a rated R movie telling me I wasn't allowed to take them. Clearly this ticket taker didn't care for my decision to take them to this movie. Which wasn't expected to be that bad or I wouldn't take them. The manager of course allowed me to do so, but without any apology and told me I treated her employee badly! She made us stand there forever not knowing why in the world she wouldn't let us in and then the manager tells me I am wrong! When you respond to them they attack you instead of trying to make it right. Instead they kicked us out of the theater for voicing our frustration and did not refund our money for two 3D tickets and 3 regular tickets.

They could care less about the customers who are spending lots of money at their expensive theater. Hoosier management and pitiful employees. They need customer service training.

Love this theater. Staff is always helpful, while it's busy the wait is never long. The game room is awesome and the food is delicious. Love this theater. If I was single, I would marry it.

You are pricing yourself out of business, especially in these economic times.

It's a great theatre. I've not gone there much, recently, since I no longer live in St. Louis, but it's still just as nice as before. Being a Wehrenberg theatre, I love it a lot, anyway.
I also think ceratin people should learn how to spell the word 'busy' before leaving a mostly negativereport this review for TOS violationment. : )

    You're doing great, Ronnie.

Great place to go! Love taking my kids to the game room and having fun before or after the movie! Even in crowds of people you get served quickly and all the employees are helpful and polite. The food at the drive in diner is always good and hot that is satisfying with a price that is better than concession stand prices, so to me it is the better deal....unless you are old fashioned and have to have popcorn and soda instead of cheeseburgers and fries with an ice cold Bud.
